Warranty Repair Request

If you require warranty repairs, please complete the form and attach an image of the issue so we can verify it is a warranty issue.

We will contact you to let you know what day a team member will come out to take care of the issue.

If it is not a warranty-covered repair, or if you do not send an image of the issue and it requires us to visit to assess before the repair can be scheduled, there will be a trip fee charged when the appointment is scheduled.
